Troop 682G is dedicated to empowering young girls through the values and experiences of scouting. Our troop encourages leadership, teamwork, and personal growth by engaging in outdoor adventures, community service, and skill-building activities. From camping trips to earning badges, the girls in our troop develop confidence, resilience, and responsibility, all while forming lasting friendships. Parents (and Scouts) are encouraged to read the Troop 682G Handbook. This guide will serve as an important tool to continue your Scouting journey.
Weekly Meetings
Troop 682G meets at the Pleasant Valley United Methodist Church (43987 John Mosby Highway, Chantilly) on Tuesdays. We meet from 7:00-8:30pm. Our weekly troop meetings and campouts correspond with Troop 682 Boys.
Troop Meetings will NOT occur if FCPS or LCPS cancel school due to inclement weather, and during FCPS/LCPS holidays.
Membership Fee
Troop 682 and 682G have a standard membership fee of $72. Troop 682G will also purchase a BSA Class A/B uniform and Scouts BSA Handbook. If your child already has these items, the joining fee will be adjusted accordingly. Please consult the Troop 682 Handbook for more info.
You can pay these dues by cash or check at a Troop Meeting to Mr. Bob Storch (the Treasurer). All checks should be paid to Troop 682 Chantilly.
