Patrol Leaders
Council
What is the PLC?
The troop’s plans for each month are reviewed and carried out by the Patrol Leaders’ Council (PLC).
The PLC plans the yearly troop program at it’s annual planning conference. It then meets monthly to fine-tune the plans for the upcoming month. The PLC is made up of the senior patrol leader, who presides over the meetings, the assistant senior patrol leader, all patrol leaders, and appointed leaders. The troop scribe also attends to take notes and keep the minutes.
PLC Meetings
Since the pandemic, the PLC meets virtually. Details about the meeting are provided by Mr. Thompson through his weekly announcements. The zoom link to join the PLC meeting can be in Mr. Thompson’s weekly emails.
